Off-Season Programs

Black Program

Ages 12 – 14

Our U15 Program is designed to introduce safe and effective training methods as well as, create an environment of fun and healthy competition.

We believe in using a long-term athlete development model when working with our younger athletes. This means taking appropriate time to create a foundation of athleticism, proper movement, core strength, nutrition and mental toughness. We do not use weights until the athlete is ready. Teaching proper technique and form is the utmost importance for us.

On the ice we take the same approach where we spend time working on key fundamental skills that will allow players to excel long-term.

All of our programs include components meant to challenge and help each athlete grow not only as a hockey player, but as a person. This means adopting and living a value driven lifestyle.
