Integrated Programs

Our Team Program is designed for teams or organizations who want to help their players stay at their best.

When working with teams, we feel it is important for us to integrate and become a part of the team’s journey.

Our role is to help facilitate culture, build successful habits, keep players healthy and provide individual feedback on how to improve fitness.

Individual & Collective

Each player will go through an individual assessment that will help us build an appropriate program for them throughout the season. We will also sit down with the coaching staff to develop a training schedule that fits nicely within their practice and game schedule.
