Each athlete will receive an individualized program based on their sport and strengths/weaknesses. Training cycles last anywhere from two to four weeks depending on the athlete and the current training phase. Whether your sport is Baseball, Football, lacrosse, volleyball or Golf we know how to prepare and get you ready to perform!
Athletes are trained in areas of: strength. speed, agility, power, injury prevention, plyometrics, core, and functional training related to the individual sport. We also use nutrition, recovery, and mobility sessions to help optimize the training plan.
Through the use of these tactics we develop speed, agility, strength, power, force, acceleration, deceleration, conditioning, core stability, confidence, mental toughness, good nutrition habits, and overall athleticism, our athletes will be taken care of to meet the demands of their given sport.

"I was beyond impressed with the weekend as a whole. Coming from a rehabilitation and clinical background, I was excited to learn more about the steps and concepts involved in creating a comprehensive program focused on long-term goals and athlete development. Alex and Chris possess a wealth of knowledge, and their ability to distill complex concepts into something digestible was something I really appreciated. The course focused on key concepts and how to apply them, rather than just specific examples. By structuring things this way, I came away with a better understanding of how to apply these concepts in a variety of situations, rather than just learning fancy exercises or protocols. The flow throughout the weekend was well designed, allowing plenty of time to absorb the information and apply it practically. I appreciated the opportunities to experience each method firsthand and engage in discussions with peers. Getting a bit of competition going and bringing out the "pom-poms" was a great way to break up the information and keep things lively. One of the portions of the course I was most excited about was learning how they approach athletes experiencing pain or injury, and how something like that can alter an athlete’s whole program. There were some great tools provided on how to approach coaches in a rehab setting and bridge the gap between rehab and S&C. Overall, the thing I was most impressed with was the value for money. Many courses are a letdown and don’t offer much time for discussion or a chance to truly pick the presenters' brains, but this one was different. Having the whole Bold team present was fantastic for bouncing ideas off one another, and building a program with their input was definitely a highlight. Given how much more complex S&C can be, I truly hope they run courses like this again!”

When I joined BOLD I had lower back problems and had some range of motion issues with my chest and shoulders due to previous surgeries. It had also been about 5 years since I had done any weight training. Fast forward 18 months, my back issues went away within a few months and my range of motion was fully resolved in about a year. I think I am in better shape now at almost 53 than I was 10 years ago. I contribute the improvement of both of those issues to the quality of coaching - the fact that I get an ID (individualized) program suited to my needs and wants together with proper guidance and motivation provided by the coaches AS WELL AS OTHER ATHLETES at BOLD.
