Off-Season Hockey Programs
How long are sessions?

Typically from 60-90 minutes, although may range depending on the day and phase of your program that we are in.

Can we make up for missed sessions?

Yes. We have designated sessions throughout the week for missed sessions.

Can we take vacations if enrolled in a program?

Yes. We highly recommend families take vacation. We suggest trying to take vacation in the months of June and July. We also provide our athletes with vacation workouts to ensure they maintain their progress.Vacations lasting longer than 2 week will be eligible for a program discount.

How many athletes in each group?

We limit our group sizes to 12 and will always have a 4:1 athlete:coach ratio.

Can we decide which sessions to come to throughout the week?

For organization and consistency purposes we assign each athlete to a group with a consistent on and off-ice schedule. We can be flexible on a one off basis.

How long does your Off-Season program run for?

Start of May till a week before tryouts, generally mid to late August depending on the player.

Are programs individualized to my Athlete

Yes. The amount and degree of individualization will depend on the age and level of the athlete. With that said, all of our athletes go through a full assessment to determine the programming that would be best suited for their individual athletic needs.

What is the youngest age you will take for the program?

11 years old.

When is the registration date for the program?

Dec 6th, a $300 deposit is needed to secure your spot.

What do ice times look like during the off-season program

May: No ice
June: 1 Ice time/week – Core skills (skating, edges, shooting, stick handling, passing)
July: 2 Ice times/week – Integrate skills into game situations
August: 3 ice times/week – Game speed, small area games, conditioning

Where are your ice times?

At our facility in either Father David Bauer or Norma Bush arenas.

Can you participate in the off-season program and not do the ice time?

Yes, however it is not recommended. If you would like to opt out of the ice-times, our admin coordinator will give you further information.

How do you determine the groups for ice times?

We base our groups on the age of the player and the level played the season prior. Our goal is to place each player in an appropriate group where he/she will have the best chance to improve and be pushed.

How does your pricing work?

We do monthly payments for the 4 months or a one time fee prior to April 15th. If you want more information on the price of the program, please send us an email for the Off-Season Program pricing breakdown.

In-Season Hockey Programs
What are your program dates?

Fall/Winter: September to February

Spring: March to April

Summer: May to August

How does your pricing work?

Fall/Winter: Flat monthly rate. Varies on selection of ice-only, gym-only, or hybrid options.

How long does your In-Season program run for?

Middle of September to the end of February.

Can we decide which sessions to come to throughout the week?

Yes, we have an app that will allow you to select which in-season sessions you can make from Monday-Saturday so that it can work with your weekly hockey and school schedule.

Do you have a spring program before your Off-Season Program?

Yes, it runs from middle of March to end of April. There are 3 training sessions and 1 ice time a week for this program. Groups are assigned after registration and prior to the start of the program.

Do you do ice times?

Yes, as part of our Hybrid program we offer ice times once a week along with 1 session in the gym. Ice times are run with one coach and are more geared towards skill development. There is no more than a 10:1 coach to player ratio on the ice.

What is the youngest age you will take for the program?

11 years old. If your child is younger and wants to try, please send us an email to see if it is an option.

Am I able to do my own program and use the gym/space?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

How long do your adult fitness programs last for?

Our ID and/or Templated programs run from September to April. However, we do have limited training times that clients can come to from May-August when our Off-Season Hockey Program is going.

Do you do 1-on-1 personal training?

Not specifically. We have a 5:1 However you will get a lot of individual attention, especially when you first start and at then beginning of a new program. If you do our ID program, there will be a 1 on 1 assessment before you start as well as a 1-on-1 six week assessment after you start.

How does your pricing work?

Monthly invoices/payments at the start of each month. Price will range between $145-380 depending on the amount of training sessions you’d like per week and if you want the program to be individualized to you. Please send us a email

Do I need to be an athlete or former athlete to be a part of the ID/Adult Fitness program?

Absolutely not!! We have all types of clients ranging from 16-60+ years old and the program will suited to your individual needs. If you are brand new to a gym, we will work with you on form, core and stability/strength to give you the foundation to be successful and confident long term in a gym setting.

How long does a specific ID/Templated program last?

3-4 weeks depending on the client/athlete.
