Hockey Athletes

In-Season Programs

Red Program

Ages 15 – 17

Our U17 Program is built on creating a foundation of strength, power and speed. With individualized training programs we are able to identify each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses and progress them properly throughout each training season.

We believe in using a long-term athlete development model when working with our U17 aged athletes. This means taking the appropriate time to create a foundation of athleticism, proper movement, strength, nutrition and mental toughness. We use a combination of strength, power and speed methods for each athlete to optimize their performance.

On the ice our purpose is to enhance core skills and educate players on how to optimize their gameplay based on their current skill set. This is done with the use of video sessions, on-ice feedback and effective game scenario drills.

All of our programs include components meant to challenge and help each athlete grow not only as a hockey player, but as a person. This means adopting and living a value driven lifestyle.
